Principal Consultant and Managing Director
Tony is the founder and owner of TL Safety Ltd. He has over 25 years experience as the Director of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance for a Principal Contractor. He has been consulting for 12 years and assists organisations to maintain legal compliance, to implement safe systems of work and ISO management systems. He is a CDM Advisor and CE / UKCA and EN 1090 consultant.
Tony is an OSHCR registered health and safety consultant and a Chartered Manager. He has a wide range of industry knowledge including construction, rail, manufacturing, fabrication, engineering and general health and safety knowledge. He is a fellow member of IIRSM and a technical member of IOSH.
Director and Co-owner
Marie is a Director and co-owner of TL Safety Ltd. She has many years experience of business administration in schools and within the retail and service sectors.
Marie manages the back office and provides administration support to the Managing Director preparing reports and various safety documentation.
She looks after the general business administration.
Business Development Manager
Gemma is our Business Development Manager and has many years experience of sales within retail and the steelwork industry. TL Safety is a family business and Gemma is part of the family.
Gemma also provides support with our customers who use our Learning Management System for online training, registering customers with their e-learning accounts and monitoring their progress.
As part of her role, Gemma manages the marketing strategy, social media accounts and provides general support services to the business.
Dave is an associate Health and Safety Consultant and CDM Adviser. He has a wealth of health and safety experience including knowledge of technical and safe operation of mechanical handling equipment as well as an electrical background. Dave has provided support to a wide range of organisations within the construction, manufacturing and service industries. He provides CDM support & advice and site waste management planning.
Dave holds a Diploma in Safety Management and is a member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and associate member of IOSH.
John is an associate Health and Safety Consultant and CDM Advisor. He has held the position of Health and Safety Director for a Principal Contractor and is well versed in construction safety, demolition and CDM.
John is an OSHCR registered Consultant, CMIOSH, RMaPS and AIEMA. He holds an NVQ L4 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice as well as NEBOSH Construction Cert and NEBOSH General Certificate. He holds a P402 Certificate in buildings surveys and bulk sampling for asbestos, P405 Certificate in management of asbestos in buildings and a NVQ L3 construction site supervision (Demolition). He has over 25 years experience in health and safety.
Marcus is an experienced associate ISO and EN 1090 consultant with vast experience of implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and EN 1090 (CE & UKCA Marking of structural steelwork).
He is also able to carry out internal audits of customers ISO management systems as well as EN 1090.
Marcus is a Lead auditor and has over 8 years experience of ISO management systems.
Johnny is our associate Face Fit Tester and has been face fit testing for several years and is accredited to the Fit2Fit scheme.
He is able to carry out both quantitative and qualitative face fit testing at your place of work.
Johnny also carries out Train the Tester courses for customers who want to be trained to carry out their own face fit testing.
Neil is an experienced associate ISO and EN 1090 consultant with vast experience of implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and EN 1090 (CE & UKCA Marking of structural steelwork) as well as NHSS sector schemes.
He is also able to carry out internal audits of customers ISO management systems.
