Monthly payment options are available if required. Our competent person retainer services help you meet legal obligations under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations. We also offer our retainer service to any organisations who have internal health and safety support but need additional resources, help, support, and advice.
All of our health and safety competent person retainer services include the following (whilst you have a paid retainer service in place):-
* The minimum number of consultancy days that we include in our basic retainer service package is four. This is generally for low – risk businesses. You can build in as many consultancy days you require into your retainer package in addition to the basic package. Or simply pay for any additional days only when you need them.
If you want us to tailor a package for your specific needs then contact us for a free, no obligation quotation. We support businesses throughout the whole of the UK. If you do not need a retainer service contract, we can provide services on a “ad hoc” basis, so why not give us a try.
Some health and safety consultancies may tie you into a lengthy contract, we don’t do that. We want you to stay with TL Safety for as long as you need us and because you want to, not because you have to. Our competent person retainer services are run for a 12-month period. They will then renew automatically until you give your 3 month written notice prior to the end of the currant retainer period. It’s easy to end your retainer contract, just pick up the phone and talk to us. Then simply send us an email to confirm your decision. Most of our customers have been with us for many years and some have been with us right from the very start.
