TL Safety Ltd are able to carry out regular or ad-hoc safety inspections or audits of your premises or work sites. Regular inspections will help to identify any areas of non-compliance or unsafe working practices which could lead to an accident or undesired event. Inspections and audits can also lead to a safer working environment and potentially reduce costs. Whilst you have a legal obligation to monitor your workplace activities additional site inspections or audits may be required to meet your CDM requirements for construction related organisations or as part of your ISO management system compliance.
We provide CDM support services for Clients assisting them with their construction projects and when required carrying out compliance audits of the Principal Contractor for the Client.
We carry out health and safety inspections and audits for Principal Contractors and Contractors to ensure they are complying with the CDM Regulations and following safe systems of work.
In order to assist organisations and to help you meet your legal requirement to monitor workplace activities, we undertake health and safety inspections and audits. This will help to determine if an organisation is compliant with current health and safety legislation and regulations and if you are following your own procedures and safe systems of work. We can carry out an initial compliance audit of a business to determine any gaps in legal compliance or carry out periodic inspections of workplace activities. Following an audit or inspection we will issue a report of our findings along with any recommendations.
Our inspections offer an independent approach which often highlight areas of concern which may have been overlooked. The findings can assist in the mitigation of future legal and civil actions. Our inspection services include travel time, the time on site or at your premises carrying out the audit or inspection and time off site preparing the inspection report.
